Annals of Nuclear Energy (Scopus, Q1) has recently published an article on nuclear power - "A set of transient correlations for fast and unprotected loss of flow accident in VVER-1000 reactor using single-heated channel approach and Gene Expression Programming".
This is a multinational collaboration: some of the calculations were done by Iran's Shahid Beheshti University, some by Milan Polytechnic University in Italy, and some by IE staff, namely the CNAT-SDED team. This is not the first collaboration for members of the atomic desalination science team.
This article will be helpful to those who are involved in analyzing the consequences of LOFA (loss of coolant-water flow) accidents, as well as the use of AI in nuclear power.
