All international students are welcome to come to Russia to begin their studies.

Invitations for state-funded international students (quota of the Government of the Russian Federation, winners and prize-winners of competitions) of undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate programs are  issued by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. Self-funded students and students who have already studied full-time at SPbPU recieve invitation ifrom the university. Fill out the application form here.
