All international citizens (except for citizens of the Republic of Belarus and citizens having the status of temporary residence permit or residence permit) arriving to the Russian Federation since 29.12.2021 must undergo mandatory fingerprinting, photographing and medical examination (in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation №274-FZ of 01.07.2021):
• Students, postgraduate students, trainees - within 90 days from the moment of entry into the Russian Federation.
• International instructors - within 30 days from the moment of entry into the Russian Federation.
IMPORTANT: You must undergo fingerprinting and photographing only once, however, you must get a medical examination every year. Check your certificate, you must retake the procedure within 30 days of its expiry date.

2. Receiving the results of the medical examination.
3. Photographing, fingerprinting.
4. Obtaining a certificate

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Lunch break: 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Saturday-Sunday: weekend
Fees:
- cost of medical examination - 4900 rubles / 5 working days,
- photography - 350 rubles,
- fingerprinting - free of charge.

- your passport,
- notarized translation of your passport,
- migration card,
- valid registration
