Polytech own dissertation councils started their work.

Svetlana P. Vysogorets received Diploma No. 1 at University Academic Council's meeting today. Her doctor dissertation theme is "Improvement of the methodology of physical and chemical diagnostics of oil-filled transformer equipment".
